This agreement applies to the user of our Website (“you”). Your acceptance of and commitment to comply with these Terms is assumed from the moment you initiate your use of the Website. 6.1 In order to purchase Goods on this Website and to use the enquiry form facilities, you are required to create an Account, which will contain certain personal details that may vary based upon your use of the Website. By continuing to use this Website, you represent and warrant that:

6.1.2 you have permission to submit Payment Information where permission may be required; and

7.1 Either AN-Y1 or you may terminate your Account. If AN-Y1 terminates your Account, you will be notified by email, and an explanation for the termination will be provided.

7.2 If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch, you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.

7.3 If you terminate your Account, any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled, and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.

8. Goods, Pricing, and Availability

8.1 AN-Y1 does not represent or warrant that Goods will be available. Stock indications may be provided on the Website, however, these may not take into account sales that have taken place during your visit to the Website.

8.2 AN-Y1 reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.

8.3 All prices on the Website include VAT.

8.4 All orders of Goods must be for your personal use only. By purchasing Goods, you agree not to resell or distribute such Goods for any commercial purposes. All orders are subject to our acceptance or rejection based on Goods availability, non-compliance with these Terms, or any other reason. For instance, if we have reason to believe that your order is not for personal use, we reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that you place. 10. Returns Policy

10.1 AN-Y1 aims to always provide high-quality Goods that are as described, fault-free and undamaged. On occasion, however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms. These Terms do not limit your statutory rights.

10.2 If you receive Goods that do not match those that you ordered, unless accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the changes, stating reasons for the changes, and setting out your options, you should contact us promptly to arrange collection and return. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. 10.3 If any Goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact AN-Y1 promptly to arrange collection and return. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.

10.4 If Goods are damaged in transit, and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, you should contact us promptly to arrange collection and return. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.

10.5 If you wish to return Goods to AN-Y1 for any of the above reasons, please contact us or check our returns policy for up-to-date and alternative methods of arranging the return of Goods and to make the appropriate arrangements. All Goods returned must be sent using a signed-for form of delivery.

10.6 In some circumstances, we may be entitled to deduct a sum from refunds which we issue to you to take account of use you have had of the Goods in the period since they were delivered. We will explain the reasons for any such deductions we make.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, AN-Y1 shall not be liable for any loss or damage that:

13.1.2 is not foreseeable (loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of our breach or negligence if they were contemplated by you and us at the time you are bound by these Terms);

13.1.2 is caused by an event outside our reasonable control;

13.1.3 is something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action; or

13.4 you suffer in connection with your trade, business, craft or profession.

13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, AN-Y1’s total aggregate liability to you arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be limited to the higher amount of (i) £100 or (ii) the total price of Goods that you have purchased from us and in relation to which we have failed to comply with these Terms or been negligent.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts AN-Y1 liability for death or personal injury resulting from any negligence or fraud on the part of AN-Y1, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

13.4 In the event that any provision of these Terms are found to be unlawful, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, that provision is to be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

14. Changes to the Service and these Terms

AN-Y1 reserves the right to change the Website, its Content, or these Terms at any time. You will be bound by any changes to these Terms from the first time you use the Website following the stated effective date of the updated Terms.

15. No Waiver

If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. Such notice will be deemed received 3 days after posting if sent by first class post, the day of sending if the email is received in full on a business day, and on the next business day if the email is sent on a weekend or public holiday.

19. Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and the relationship between you and AN-Y1 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales, and AN-Y1 and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in.
